Q: Is shipping really free?
A: Yes. Always. No minimum order, no fine print.

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. We’ll send you tracking to follow along.

Q: Do you really sell β€œfailed” products?
A: They’re β€œfailed” in spirit β€” weird, absurd, and sometimes unnecessary β€” but still functional and worth owning.

Q: What if something arrives broken?

Q: Are your products new or used?
A: All new β€” though some look like they’ve lived a wild life before arriving.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: Not yet. We’re still training our delivery crew to row across the ocean.

Q: Apple Pay/Google Pay on my iPhone isn’t showingβ€”what do I do?
A:Β Apple Pay works best on Safari (older iPhones require it). Google Pay works best on Chrome. On newer iPhones, both may appear in either browser. If a wallet button doesn’t show, you can still check out with Shop Pay or PayPal.
